The basics
What is KnockAds?
KnockAds is a pay-per-click advertising platform for Telegram channels: advertisers pay per click, and channel owners earn by hosting the ads.
Can I advertise and host ads with the same account?
Yes. With one account you can run campaigns and also host ads in your own channels.
Where do I use KnockAds?
In Telegram, with the Mini App, or on the web, with the same account. You must be 18 or older, and each person has one account.
How does KnockAds relate to Telegram?
KnockAds is an independent service, separate from Telegram.
Which languages does the interface use?
The interface comes in 40 languages. The categories, 42 in total, are translated into all of them.
For advertisers
How is the cost of a click decided?
The app shows the minimum price and the suggested CPC when you create the campaign. You pay only for valid clicks.
What happens when the budget runs out?
The campaign closes by itself and the unspent budget returns to your balance.
Can I choose the audience?
You choose the categories and the languages of the channels where you want to appear.
What can an ad contain?
Formatted text, an image or an MP4 video, and a button with your link.
Can I stop or change a campaign?
You can pause a campaign, resume it and add budget. A stopped or scheduled campaign can be edited or archived, and the unspent budget returns to your balance.
Which results do I see?
Clicks, spend, average cost per click and remaining budget, with charts by day and by hour.
Which clicks count?
Valid clicks count. Known bots and crawlers, link previews and duplicate clicks stay out.
How do I top up?
By card or PayPal, in euros.
Who is responsible for the content of the ads?
The advertiser: content must follow the law and respect the rights of others.
For channel owners
How do I connect my channel?
Add the KnockAds bot as an administrator of the channel and prove that you are an administrator too.
Can I choose when my channel shows ads?
Yes. You choose the days and hours, and each slot lasts one hour.
Can I approve each ad before it is published?
Yes. Approval is an option you switch on.
How are categories chosen?
A category is suggested for your channel and you confirm it.
How do I earn and withdraw?
For every valid click you receive a share of the click cost. You withdraw with PayPal or bank transfer once you reach the minimum shown in the app.
